Reservation Details
- Maximum number of persons: 8
- Minimum stay: 2 nights in the summer season, weekends, and major holidays.
- 10% discount for stays of 4 nights or longer.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, and the balance is due 30 days prior to the stay. When a reservation is made 30 days or less prior to the stay, full payment is required.
- Check in: 3:00 p.m.; check out: 11:00 a.m.
- We do not permit pets or smoking.
- Children of all ages are welcome! We do not charge for children under 3 years, but we do count them toward the maximum of 8 persons.

Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to the reservation date, a full refund minus a $25 processing fee is given.
If a cancellation is received within 15 days of the reservation date, a full refund minus a $25 processing fee is given if we are able to rebook. Every effort will be made to do so. If we are not able to rebook, we will not give a refund, but we will give a 50% credit for a future reservation.
